Across published archetypes in the same window, A4a cards with the largest repeated list presence include Suicune ex, Inflatable Boat, Igglybuff, Feebas, and Mantyke. - Inflatable Boat appears across hundreds of snapshot lists as a Tool that changes how Active Pokémon survive the Pulse tax.
- Igglybuff is a Baby disruption Basic that shows up far outside “open for Raikou.”
- Mantyke attaches Water to a Benched Basic and underwrites non-Suicune Water shells such as Hisuian Goodra.
- Feebas is the Basic that makes Milotic lines from this set legal to assemble.
- Jumpluff ex, Slowking, and Phanpy remain real cards with specific jobs (Stage 2 switch pressure, Tool discard damage, damage-mirror Basic). They are not the dated sample’s volume leaders—open for them only when that exact effect is the named gap.
A support card that completes two lists can beat a rarer illustration as an opening target.

- Name one Energy engine. Write “Suicune + Baxcalibur,” “Entei + Charizard Y Fire plan,” “Igglybuff for Altaria,” “Mantyke attach,” or “Raikou art.” “Good legendaries” is not a stopping rule.
- Check the partners on local pages. A featured ex without its attach line, Stage 2, or Trainer package is not a finished deck.
- Separate play value from collection value. If the missing card improves a list you can assemble this week, keep opening within budget. If it only completes a binder page, set a separate collection limit.
