Deluxe Pack Mega: 27 Secret Cards, Odds & Point Costs

Deluxe Pack Mega: 27 Secret Cards, Odds & Point Costs

Deluxe Pack Mega (B4b) is a catch-up expansion: 429 prints, 27 secret cards and four-card base packs with an ex guarantee. Choose a missing deck effect or an exact illustration before opening. Those goals have different costs.

Checked October 2, 2026. Use the Deluxe Pack Mega checklist and pack page. A guaranteed ex is not a guaranteed missing card. Our simulator uses five cards and its own probabilities; its results are not the game’s rates.

For Deluxe Pack Mega deck upgrades, check cheaper equivalent prints first. For collection rewards, inspect the exact mission target and claim before its deadline.

Deluxe Pack Mega release dates and included expansions

Deluxe Pack Mega launched on September 29, 2026 at 18:00 PDT, or September 30 at 01:00 UTC / 09:00 Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. The official announcement confirms the start. Reports list October 29 as the end; use the Deluxe Pack Mega countdown. No rerun is established.

Deluxe Pack Mega reprints Mega Rising through Ruler of the Skies, including four-diamond cards: B1, B1a, B2, B2a, B2b, B3, B3a, B3b and B4. Team Rocket's Ambition is outside that announced range. Deluxe Pack Mega does not fill B4a-specific gaps; check its own pack.

The full reveal and catalog give Deluxe Pack Mega 402 main-numbered + 27 secret prints. Reprints and parallel foils do not create 429 new gameplay effects.

All 27 Deluxe Pack Mega secret cards, by number

Deluxe Pack Mega’s immersive Charizard is 425, not two-star 411; Crowns are 428–429. Main-numbered Deluxe Pack Mega parallel foils are separate from this secret checklist.

The Deluxe Pack Mega Museum needs six one-star illustrations. A complete Deluxe Pack Mega secret collection also needs sixteen two-star prints, one immersive, two shiny prints and two Crowns. Budget those separately.

Deluxe Pack Mega 403–408: the six Museum illustrations.

Deluxe Pack Mega 409–414: compare the Grass, Fire and Blastoise artwork.

Deluxe Pack Mega 415–420: the remaining two-star Pokémon.

Deluxe Pack Mega 421–424: four full-art Supporters.

Deluxe Pack Mega 425–429: immersive, shiny and Crown targets.

What the five featured cards actually do

Deluxe Pack Mega artwork does not establish a new tier list. These are card-text explanations, not a power ranking.

Mega Charizard X ex 425: watch 110 HP. Deluxe Pack Mega’s 220-HP Stage 2 deals 100, or 180 at 110 remaining HP or less, for three Fire Energy. Healing to 120 removes the bonus. A Mega ex knockout gives three points. The cheaper Deluxe Pack Mega 031 and 411 share this effect. Card text.

Mega Altaria ex 417: count your Bench. This Deluxe Pack Mega Stage 1 evolves from Swablu and has 190 HP. Mega Harmony deals 40/70/100/130 with 0/1/2/3 of your Benched Pokémon. One extra slot adds 30 damage but exposes another target. Card text.

Mega Lucario ex 418: one extra Energy. Deluxe Pack Mega’s 190-HP Stage 1 evolves from Riolu. Fighting Pulse deals 90, or 140 with at least one extra attached Energy beyond its cost. The Deluxe Pack Mega reprint grants no further 50-damage bonuses. Card text.

Miraidon ex 428: enter from your hand. In Deluxe Pack Mega, Legendary Drive triggers on hand-to-Bench play: optionally switch it Active and move all your Energy onto it. It generates no Energy. Consider what the next attacker retains after a knockout. Ability.

Copycat 424: count the opponent’s hand. Shuffle your hand back, then draw their hand count: one card against an opponent’s six becomes six; against two, only two. Use helpful Items first; this spends your turn’s Supporter. Deluxe Pack Mega’s 225 and 391 share the effect. Card text.

Deluxe Pack Mega pull rates: what the numbers do and do not mean

Deluxe Pack Mega guarantees ex, not equal card chances. The database transcription gives reported rates, not our measured results or an independently captured official table. For Deluxe Pack Mega targets, the game’s Offering Rates prevail.

Reported pack typeAppearance rateHow to interpret it
Regular98.283%Ordinary base-pack category.
Regular with an extra card1.666%A separately reported bonus-card variant, not a fifth card guaranteed in every pack.
Rare0.050%About one in 2,000 openings as a rate, not a guarantee by the 2,000th opening.

Deluxe Pack Mega’s reported figures round to 99.999%. The extra-card variant does not validate our five-card simulator. A Deluxe Pack Mega pack-type frequency is not the chance of 425, 424 or a Crown: check the exact slot and print.

For Deluxe Pack Mega forecasting, use P(at least one) = 1 - (1 - q)^n only with a verified whole-pack target rate q and independent openings. A hypothetical 1% per-pack example, not an official B4b rate, gives 9.6%/39.5%/63.4% over 10/50/100 packs. Two copies over 100 give 26.4%. Neither 1/429, four times a slot rate nor A4b rates supply a Deluxe Pack Mega target’s q.

Deluxe Pack Mega reprints: effect versus artwork

Our October 1 Deluxe Pack Mega audit groups 429 prints into 237 game identities; all 237 have earlier non-promo prints. Counts are not odds.

The Deluxe Pack Mega crosswalk matches exact game IDs, not Pokémon names. Verify card text: equivalent IDs do not establish mission credit, trade eligibility or rates.

Method and source: the site's pinned structured card dataset.

For Deluxe Pack Mega deck gaps, check earlier copies first. For artwork, record the B4b number.

Which targets fit your deck?

Deluxe Pack Mega’s range starts at Mega Rising. Team Rocket’s Ambition is separate: B4a cards are not automatically B4b targets.

Deluxe Pack Mega Pack Points: expiry, costs and a cheaper route

Pack Points do not expire, even after a pack stops being available. Deluxe Pack Mega balances stay usable but cannot receive A4b points: balances are expansion-specific. Official expiry notice · Balance rules.

Deluxe Pack Mega earns five points per opening. These published costs express a craft from zero, not a guaranteed pull.

Deluxe Pack Mega’s Copycat 225 costs 70 points/14 openings versus 424 at 1,250/250: a 1,180-point/236-opening artwork premium. Deluxe Pack Mega Charizard 031 costs 500 versus immersive 425 at 1,500; the extra 1,000 buys no extra damage.

Your Deluxe Pack Mega gap is ceil(max(0, target cost - current points) / 5). At 420 points, a 500-point craft needs 16 openings. Existing points survive the pack’s departure; further earning opportunities are not assured.

A 30-full-day Deluxe Pack Mega example: two free openings daily give 60 packs/300 points. Each 12 Pack Hourglasses adds one pack/five points. Savings, events and Premium are additional. Free Deluxe Pack Mega openings alone do not reach 500. Timers.

Why can’t I open ten Deluxe Pack Mega packs? “Open 10” appears when pack stamina reaches zero. Batch opening does not guarantee ten different ex or selected artwork. Official FAQ.

Deluxe Pack Mega missions and collection rewards

Deluxe Pack Mega’s mission transcription records these rewards. Hidden completion logic was not account-tested here; inspect eligible versions before crafting.

Collection targetReported reward
Collect 3 qualifying Mega Evolution ex12 Wonder Hourglasses + 2 Shop Tickets
Collect 5 qualifying parallel-foil Pokémon12 Wonder Hourglasses + 2 Shop Tickets
Collect the qualifying Charizard X and Y versions12 Wonder Hourglasses + 2 Shop Tickets
Museum: all six one-star illustrations, 403–40836 Wonder Hourglasses + 12 Pack Hourglasses + 10 Shop Tickets

Deluxe Pack Mega’s Museum specifies 403–408; ordinary prints cannot replace them. For Deluxe Pack Mega’s Charizard pair, inspect 031 and 032 before chasing rare artwork. Spending hundreds of points solely for twelve hourglasses is poor value.

Other Deluxe Pack Mega missions cover ability ex, Zoroark, shells, one-eyed Pokémon, sound and Stadiums. The recorded Deluxe Pack Mega sound row says five but lists four; “special Shiny Star” is ambiguous. Use game targets, distinguish shiny 426–427, and do not infer an emblem’s completion count.

Claim Deluxe Pack Mega rewards before their timers end: missions and Gifts can expire unclaimed. Daily rewards reset at 06:00 UTC / 14:00 Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. Typical event reset times do not prove this pack’s closing instant. Official rules.

Trading, Card Dex credit and parallel foils

For Deluxe Pack Mega, distinguish effect, artwork and expansion record. The 237-group crosswalk proves equivalent database identities, not mission completion or trade eligibility.

Select the outgoing Deluxe Pack Mega version through Social Hub → Trade → friend → card → Edit Card → Set → expansion → Select. Inspect incoming Trade Info before accepting. Official instructions.

Deluxe Pack Mega eligibility appears in Trade → ? → Detailed trade list. Trading unlocks after 14 days, requires friends, allows one active trade and matches rarity plus applicable flair/gold frames. The confirmation shows Shinedust cost. Trading FAQ.

Deluxe Pack Mega parallel foils cannot become gold frames; neither can four-diamond-or-higher or promo cards. Normal one-to-three-diamond cards differ. Changing app language leaves owned cards unchanged: new packs use the selected language; Wonder Picks retain the sender’s. FAQ.

For Deluxe Pack Mega Card Dex gaps, the official July rule registers multi-pack cards in every corresponding pack, including cards already owned. A different Deluxe Pack Mega artwork or shared Pokémon name does not automatically satisfy a mission.

Add Deluxe Pack Mega targets via My Cards → Card Details → Wishlist: maximum 40 cards, with up to three displayed; otherwise the latest three appear. For missing Deluxe Pack Mega copies, History keeps 30 most recent trades from the last 90 days. Limits.

Deluxe Pack Mega events: what to claim now, what is still upcoming

Alongside Deluxe Pack Mega, the parallel-foil Mass Outbreak runs September 30–October 9, according to event reporting. Bonus Picks cost zero stamina but do not share Deluxe Pack Mega’s ex guarantee. Five missions total 20 tickets/14 Wonder Hourglasses, not Pack Hourglasses.

Budget Rare Picks separately from Deluxe Pack Mega openings. Pokémon Meta reports two stamina; GO Hub reports three. Check the actual cost on screen.

The official roadmap places Deluxe Pack Mega SP ranked, Mega Garchomp ex drops and Charmander/Drampa Wonder Picks in mid-to-late October. SP promises more rank points, up to ten-win bonuses and no defeat deductions/demotion. Drops give B-Series Vol. 13; these were upcoming on October 1.

During Deluxe Pack Mega’s window, finish wanted Step-up Battle first-time rewards and battle tasks before late October. Those rewards disappear; Deluxe Pack Mega points remain. Old rental decks, theme lists and deck missions will be replaced or discontinued. Unlimited latest-set rentals in Solo/Versus are forthcoming. Claim rewards explicitly.

To build a Deluxe Pack Mega deck from the forthcoming community decks search, you must own its cards. Public lists grant no missing cards. Official feature announcement.

Three historical Reddit questions

These are older Deluxe Pack: ex discussions, not a B4b launch survey. They frame Deluxe Pack Mega planning questions; anecdotes establish neither rates nor representative sentiment.

The completion-pressure thread asks about free-pack completion. For Deluxe Pack Mega, 429/4 ignores duplicates and rarity bottlenecks. Budget one deck, six Museum illustrations or one artwork instead.

The expansion-identification thread concerns which copy leaves in a trade. Use Edit Card → Set for Deluxe Pack Mega; outdated replies saying selection is impossible no longer resolve it.

The completed-set retrospective balances catch-up value against duplicates. Track new effects and desired artwork separately for Deluxe Pack Mega. If only artwork improves, further openings fund collecting.

A practical Deluxe Pack Mega finish line

Before another Deluxe Pack Mega opening: choose your deck/artwork, check its B4b number and compare ordinary-print costs. Use eligible free picks and inspect trade records. The Deluxe Pack: ex guide covers the older product’s rules.

Stop Deluxe Pack Mega spending when remaining pulls offer no useful outcome. Broad collection gaps may justify opening; owned effects alone do not justify buying new art. Mark your finish line on the complete checklist.
